Practice.do: As our all-in-one coaching platform, Practice.do processes and stores client data including contracts, appointment details, coaching notes, and facilitates communication and payments. The Practice.do privacy policy (available on their website) governs their handling of your data.
Stripe: As our payment gateway, Stripe securely processes all financial transactions. When you make a payment, your payment information is directly transmitted to Stripe for processing. We do not store your full credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy (available on their website) details how they handle payment information.
Google Workspace (Google LLC): We use Google Workspace services (e.g., Gmail for email communication, Google Meet for video conferencing, Google Calendar for scheduling, Google Sites for website hosting). Data handled through these services is subject to Google's privacy policy and data processing terms.
Other providers for website hosting, email delivery, CRM software, analytics, etc. These providers have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
3.3.
